You can return your full priced items for any reason.

 FT LOUISA offers a full refund or store credit for all full priced items that are:

  • Posted back to FT LOUISA within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.

  • Returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Items that are soiled, damaged or used will be denied and returned to the customer.

Once FT LOUISA has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by FT LOUISA and up to 5 business days during holiday periods. You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from. 

Please let us know if there is an issue with your original payment type prior to making your return by emailing hello@ftlouisa.com, in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to FT LOUISA not being notified are completely out of our control and FT LOUISA will not be held accountable.

A Returns Sheet is included with your order that contains instructions on how to receive a refund for your item. You can also download a Returns Sheet below

Please note that Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

We recommend returning items with a tracking number, as FT LOUISA will not issue a refund on items that are not received.

EXCHANGES

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Final Sale Items can be returned due to change of mind for a store credit only.

Final Sale items must be in original condition with no marks, stains, scents or damage.

Final Sale items must be sent back to the Return Address above within 14days of receiving the item.

Ft Louisa reserves the right to deny returned items. 

 

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

Please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at hello@ftlouisa.com with your order number and the detauls of the fault or incorrect item.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to FT LOUISA. FT LOUISA will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where FT LOUISA may have made an error.
