SHIPPING

FT LOUISA is based and operated in Australia. All amounts shown are in $AUD.

FT LOUISA ships worldwide, excluding Algeria, Albania, China, Guatemala, Iran, Morocco, Nicaragua, North Korea, Oman, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine and Yemen.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We use Australia Post Express Airmail for all domestic orders within Australia. Australia Post Express Airmail provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. AP Express Airmail arrives within 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

Free Express Airmail shipping is valid for domestic orders over $175 AUD and is automatically applied during the checkout process. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - REGULAR

We use Australia Post for Regular International shipping services. Shipping time frames and costs can be viewed via the drop-down list above. Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Free Regular International Shipping is valid for orders as per below. 

New Zealand -  Free shipping for orders over $200 AUD

Canada - Free shipping for orders over $125 AUD

United States - Free shipping for orders over $200 AUD

Free regular shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout. This offer is not valid with Express International Shipping.

All final shipping prices are displayed during the checkout process.

 

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use DHL for Express International shipping services. Shipping time frames and costs can be viewed via the drop-down list above. Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.

All final shipping prices are displayed during the checkout process.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. FT LOUISA  is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email hello@ftlouisa.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, FT LOUISA will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with FT LOUISA via our Customer Care contact service at hello@ftlouisa.com within one hour of your order being placed with - URGENT - CHANGE REQUEST in the subject line

If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), FT LOUISA reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 AUD for Australian orders and $10 AUD for international orders (regular international shipping).

FT LOUISA  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

FT LOUISA is not responsible for the cost of returning items and the shipping prices offered by FT LOUISA do not reflect what the return shipping charges will be.
